Router

We are lookimg for a highly organized and detail-oriented Router/Dispatcher to coordinate daily delivery routes, manage driver schedules, and ensure timely, efficient freight movement. This role is critical in maintaining our commitment to on-time service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Plan, optimize, and assign daily delivery routes for drivers
• Dispatch drivers and communicate real-time updates throughout the day
• Monitor route progress and proactively resolve delays or issues
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Track shipments and maintain accurate records in dispatch systems
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Handle customer inquiries regarding delivery status and scheduling
