Interview Process: TBD (Typically 2 rounds Manager Screen + Technical/Panel) Team / Reporting Structure Context: Provides L2/L3 production support for Products. Reports into the Accenture project leadership team for the local client site.

Provide L2/L3 production support for CLEO-based EDI and MFT integrations, including proactive monitoring, incident triage, and issue resolution.

Analyze and troubleshoot EDI transactions, file transfers, mappings, and partner connectivity issues to identify root causes and implement fixes.

Perform log analysis, reprocessing, restart jobs, and data validation to ensure successful and timely file exchanges.

Coordinate with clients, internal development teams, and external party to drive issue resolution and provide clear status updates.

Support defect fixes, configuration changes, and enhancement deployments in collaboration with other teams and release teams.

Requirements
Level 10 Products Specialist (EDI/MFT Support) Location: Harrison, Arkansas (Mostly Onsite) Key "Must-Have" Skills:
- EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) - 2 to 3 years
- MFT (Managed File Transfer) - 2 to 3 years
- Cleo Platform Configuration & Support - 2 to 3 years
Nice-to-Have" Skills:
- Logistics Industry Experience
- L3 Production Support experience
- Experience with Defect Fixes and Enhancement Deployments
- Detailed Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate is a technical support specialist with a strong background in EDI and MFT, specifically utilizing the Cleo platform. They should possess a proactive mindset for monitoring and incident triage, with the ability to perform deep-dive log analysis and data validation. A background in Logistics is highly preferred, as is the ability to communicate technical updates clearly to both internal dev teams and external partners.
