IT Field Support Specialist with an active TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph Security Clearance Required, Onsite The IT Field Support Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive technical assistance and support to end users across the organization. Candidates must ** be available to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 6am-6pm, as determined by management.** ** Candidates must have an active** ** TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph security clearance.** ** This position is 100% Onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD.**

IT Field Support Specialist Qualifications:

• Must have a TS/SCI with a Full Scope Poly security clearance.
• High school/GED and 2 to 4 years of experience and Security+ Certification; or Associate's degree in a technical field and 2 years of experience or a Bachelors' degree in a technical field.
• Highly skilled in installing, repairing, and troubleshooting computer hardware and peripherals. Well-versed in installing windows, software, applications, antivirus, and patches.
• Demonstrated ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
• Able to manage time and priorities effectively.
• Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in working with end-users remotely.
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Windows 7 and 10.
• Familiar with Active Directory security and policies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive company vehicles.
• Must be available to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 6am-6pm, as determined by management.
• Must be Capital Work in Progress (CWIP) Compliant with an A+, Network+, or Security+ certification.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and periodic work in tight areas.
