Responsibilities : - Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium to ensure software quality and performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects and issues. - Provide detailed reports on testing outcomes and suggest improvements for future releases.
  • Ensure that all test activities are conducted in accordance with established standards and procedures. - Participate in the design and implementation of test plans and test cases. - Analyze test results and provide insights to enhance the software development process. - Maintain and update test automation frameworks to align with evolving project requirements. - Work closely with developers to understand the software architecture and design for effective testing. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and processes. - Ensure timely completion of testing activities to meet project deadlines. - Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members in test automation techniques. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in test automation and Selenium. - Support the team in achieving project goals and enhancing overall software quality. Qualifications - - Demonstrate proficiency in Selenium with a strong understanding of test automation frameworks. - Possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. - Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies. - Show experience in working in a hybrid work model and adapting to changing project needs. - Display the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Bring a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential software issues. 9.
