skills, and a proactive approach to continuously improving the SEI technology environment. The

right candidate is equally comfortable resolving a support ticket and architecting a system

improvement - no task is beneath them, and no challenge is too complex.

Essential Functions

Desktop & End-User Support

  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex issues, resolving tickets with urgency and

clear documentation

  • Deliver a consistent, first-class technology experience for all end-users including the

Executive Team

  • Manage printers, MFPs, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals
  • Own onboarding and offboarding technology execution - account provisioning, device setup, and

hardware recovery

  • Administer Teams governance, meeting policies, calling features, and external federation

On-Premises Infrastructure

  • Administer Windows Server environments: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file

services

  • Manage the Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure platform - cluster health, high availability,

and resource optimization

  • Administer the Cisco Meraki environment - MX appliances, MS switching, MR wireless, and SD-WAN

via Dashboard

  • Maintain patching cadence and change control discipline across infrastructure layers

Backup & Disaster Recovery

  • Manage enterprise backup platforms with tested, documented recovery procedures aligned to

defined RTO and RPO targets

  • Conduct regular DR testing and maintain M365 data protection with verified recovery capability

Endpoint Lifecycle & Deployment

  • Own the full device lifecycle - imaging, deployment, Intune/Autopilot configuration, and

hardware refresh

  • Deliver device setup with zero-friction, same-day readiness as a standard of excellence for

every new hire

Cybersecurity

  • Administer Sophos EDR/XDR - endpoint detection, response, and threat monitoring
  • Manage email security, identity controls, patch compliance, and vulnerability management
  • Support SOX IT controls, access reviews, and audit evidence gathering
  • Maintain security documentation and contribute to the IT risk register

AV Systems & Microsoft Teams Rooms

Meeting spaces must be ready and reliable - every time.

  • Administer and proactively monitor Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) across all conference and

collaboration spaces

  • Manage Logitech hardware (Rally Bar series, Tap, Scribe) - firmware, policy via Teams Pro

Management portal, and peripheral health

  • Conduct proactive room checks and pre-meeting validation to prevent issues before they occur
  • Develop standardized room configurations and runbooks for new site deployments

Continuous Improvement & Technology Advisory

  • Conduct periodic reviews of the full technology stack and deliver written recommendations with

business case justification

  • Identify and eliminate technical debt proactively - prioritized by risk and business impact
  • Stay current with vendor roadmaps and translate relevant developments into actionable proposals

for leadership

  • Partner with the SVP of IT to maintain a forward-looking infrastructure roadmap aligned to SEI's

Requirements
