AWS Cloud Administrator

OMH OPHE requires expertise from a skilled consultant to work with critical Hl7 FHIR interoperability applications and services. The Cloud Engineer will help maintain current applications that could cross over multiple program areas. The individual will be responsible for configuring all aspects of AWS Cloud Infrastructure for OMH OPHE Interoperability applications and services. Duties

• Manage and support AWS Labs environment for OPHE Data Platform.
• Configure and Monitor Docker, Kafka, Kubernetes, Cloud Applications.
• Support deployment automation
• Performing security checks on the platform.
• Monitor and report on utilization, costs, and budget.
• Experience with AWS, AWS CLI, Kafka, AWS EKS, Scripting, Python/Java/JavaScript, Lambda function, Amazon Route 53
• AWS Infrastructure setup and maintenance.

• Applies engineering disciplines to cloud computing and brings a systematic approach to concerns of commercialization, standardization, and governance of cloud computing applications. Leverages the methods and tools of engineering in conceiving, developing, operating and maintaining cloud computing systems and solutions. Uses the economics of cloud resources to solve business problems., * This is an 100% Onsite
• 60 months experience managing AWS cloud services.
• 84 months experience managing services like Docker, Kafka, Zookeeper, Kubernetes, Jenkins.
• 60 months experience Python/Java, Shell scripting, AWS Lambda, RESTful APIs.
• 72 months experience in OSS cloud monitoring systems (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
• Cloud administration certifications (AWS).
• Bachelor s degree in computer science, business intelligence, information science or related field.
