Job description

  • We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and enhance internal platforms, including web applications, data systems, and enterprise integrations.
  • Salesforce development experience is must.

Main duties will Include

  • Application Development
  • Build and maintain enterprise web applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET / MVC, Web API, and Angular
  • Develop scalable APIs and integrate with internal systems and third-party services like Hogan Assessments and Talogy
  • Create responsive, reusable front-end components (Angular, TypeScript, HTML/CSS)
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability

Data & Database

  • Design and develop SQL Server solutions (stored procedures, views, functions)
  • Perform query optimization and support data modelling

DevOps & Delivery

  • Support secure, scalable deployments and system integrations
  • Develop RESTful services and middleware
  • Participate in Agile processes (sprint planning, stand-ups)
  • Write tests, conduct code reviews, and uphold development standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Ten + years of enterprise software development experience
  • Strong expertise in .NET/C#, MVC, and Web API
  • Experience with Angular and modern front-end development
  • Advanced SQL Server and database development skills

Technical Skills

  • .NET Framework / .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC
  • REST APIs, Entity Framework (or similar ORM)
  • Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • SQL Server, T-SQL, performance tuning
  • Source Control: Git, Azure DevOps, TFS

Preferred

  • Salesforce development and integration (APEX, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Components, customizations)
