Job description
As a UX Design Engineer, you will be part of the Product Development Department supporting cross-functional teams dedicated to creating seamless and engaging digital experiences., + Develop and refine user maps and user flows in collaboration with stakeholders, advocating for user needs and experience strategies for mobile and web applications.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, communicating interaction requirements effectively.

Utilize AI-powered design-to-code platforms like Claude Code to convert designs into clean, responsive front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular).

Contribute to and maintain the UI component library and design system, managing code within a GitHub repository.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure accessible, consistent, and high-quality digital experiences across platforms.
What's Needed?
Requirements
The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and a passion for continuous learning, which will align successfully within the organization., + 4-6 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on mobile and web applications.

2-4 years of experience working specifically on design systems, with proficiency in Figma.

1-2 years in a senior or lead role within a design system team.

Practical knowledge of front-end technologies and experience with AI-powered design-to-code tools like Claude Code.

Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 / WCAG AA) and responsive design principles.
