Job description
As a Senior Multiplayer Programmer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust multiplayer systems in Unity using Photon., * Develop and maintain multiplayer gameplay systems using Unity and Photon
- Work closely with designers, artists, and gameplay programmers in a multidisciplinary team
- Help architect scalable and maintainable networking solutions
- Optimize synchronization, prediction, replication, and multiplayer performance
- Solve complex gameplay and networking challenges for co-op experiences
- Take ownership of systems and contribute to technical decision-making
- Support multiplayer features across PC and potentially console platforms
Requirements
Do you have experience in Unity?, * Minimum 5 years of professional Unity experience

Experience working in a professional game development team of approximately 5-10 people

Experience working in an agile game development environment

Shipped at least one commercial game (preferably multiple)

Strong experience with Photon networking solutions

Strong C# programming skills

Experience optimizing multiplayer gameplay performance, synchronization, and networking systems

Able to work independently within a flat studio structure

Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility without heavy management layers

Able to work onsite in our Antwerp studio at least 3 days per week
