Job description
- Perimeter: Data centers, Workstations, Telecommunication, Security.
- Deploy standard group infrastructure within plants.
- Support R&D technical standards.
- Support & Control outsourcing operations.
- Ensure different levels of service.
- Promote innovation at regional West Europe level.
- Guarantee confidentiality of information.
- Manage incidents not treated by outsourcers.
- Contribute IT budget, MTP. & invoice services according to the required service level.
- Contribute IT IAR (Investment Approval Requests) for all plants., * Help Desk Knowledge (Processes, ITIL, Incident, Problem, SLA, …)
- Software deployment, inventory and asset management
- Endpoint (Laptop, Desktop, Tablets, Thin Clients) hardware
- Printing (copiers, multi function devices, ...)
Security
- Firewall (Fortigate)
- Network access control (802.1x)
- Internal audit
- Anti virus
- Syslog, Splunk
- Single sign-on solutions
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Master's degree?, At least 3 years of past IT experience and very strong technical background (such as a Master's degree in Computer Science).

Required technical skills (similar competing technologies also accepted):
The candidate should have competency and/or experience on several of below bold letter topics and technologies (or similar competing technologies). Competency and/or experience on the other topics is a plus. In general the candidate should have a good understanding of underlying IT concepts, strong motivation to learn , and resourcefulness in proposing adequate solutions to complex problems.
