- Reproduce customer problems to file effective bug reports and resolve issues.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to write clear, empathetic customer communications.
- Contribute to product quality by consistently filing bugs and feature requests.
- Create code samples to reproduce customer issues or demonstrate API behavior.
- Assist teammates and other teams by answering consults and demonstrating initiative.
- Be familiar with key documentation and consistently direct customers to the correct resources.
Requirements

- Have a technical background in web and/or mobile development.
- Have experience with tools such as Chrome Developer tools.
- Have ability to create reproducible code samples.
- Have proficiency in writing clear customer communications and structuring troubleshooting steps.
- Have an appetite to drive change in tools and processes.
- Can be a team player and able to work independently
- Have HTML, CSS, Javascript experience (must have)
- Have iOS or Android development experience (nice to have)

- Salary 22.196 euros gross/year + up to 3.000 euros gross/year in bonus + medical insurance
