Job description
With a focus on ERP, you will also:
- Support clients in defining their ERP strategy (e.g to S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics), and framing their transformation including roadmap definition, business case development, and program governance
- Drive & accelerate ERP-enabled business transformations, linking technology with operating model redesign & helping unlock value through process optimization, data governance, AI capabilities and advanced analytics
- Bridge the gap between business needs and technical ERP capabilities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives - building future-proof solutions through extensive implementation of genAI & agentic builds in the ERP
As a core member of our team, you will work closely with other team members and clients, drawing on your business knowledge to help drive analysis. As you acquire experience, you will be given end-to-end responsibility for owning a project "module", from articulating the problem, creating hypotheses for the solution, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting your results to clients as part of the wider project team.
You will be supported by an extensive training curriculum (the same programme as all BCG consultants), complemented by digital and ERP-specific training and mentoring to help you build deep expertise.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, + with a leading consulting firm (ideally on technology, ERP, or digital transformation initiatives)
- In a corporate role focused on technology/digital initiatives (e.g. process owner, program manager, product owner)
- On ERP implementation or transformation programs (e.g. SAP, Dynamics)
- in a tech start-up or "consulting-like" industry (e.g. digital strategy, digital marketing)
- ERP-relevant experience, with exposure to:
- AI first-delivery models and agentic AI build on large scale programs
- ERP systems and core business processes (finance, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing)
- Large-scale transformation programs and change management
- Data, analytics, or system integration topics in an ERP context
- Have an outstanding academic track record from a leading university
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
