Your time will mainly be spent:
- Supporting the design process by gathering and analyzing information to inform design decisions.
- Creating user journey flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to guide and validate the usability of products and services.
- Conducting usability testing to evaluate designs and iterating based on user feedback.
- Leveraging and contributing to the design system with high-fidelity designs and UI components.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners in Product and Tech to align on goals and deliverables.
- Promoting user-centric thinking and ensuring the voice of the customer is reflected in your work.
