Job description
As a labVIEW software designer within the High Tech business unit you will work on a variety of assignments and projects in domains, such as medical and high tech equipment. You are an important link in every step of the software development process, i.e. from the specifications to the design, implementation and testing phases. Your technical abilities as a labVIEW software designer and personal competences are equally important.
Requirements
Do you have experience in LabVIEW?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * You have at least a Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- You have a CLD certification or 3-years experience.
- You have experience with embedded software.
- You have knowledge of and experience with physical/electrical measurement techniques and methods.
- You have experience with the LabVIEW IDE and some of the LabVIEW add-ons, like Real-Time, Reconfigurable I/O (FPGA), Vision, DSC.
- You have used several interface protocols, like RS232 TCPIP i²C, CAN, etc.
- Knowledge about design patterns which are used within LabVIEW.
- You have experience with data acquisition and instrument control.
- Preferably you're experienced with NI Teststand.
- An enthusiastic team player, analytical and structured.
- You are a pro-active communicator: giving and requesting feedback, stakeholder communication, problem solving dialogues, taking initiative, open and respectful team communication.
- Excellent skills in at least the English language, Dutch is an advantage.
- You would like to work in the Eindhoven region and have a drivers' license.
