About the company

Decima2 is an Oxford-founded AI startup on a mission to eliminate wasted marketing spend by building the first AI native marketing agency. Decima2 has raised venture backing from top funders like Y Combinator. We have strong revenue growth and real momentum and are now growing the team. The Team You'll be working directly alongside the founders, who have won the Oxbridge AI Challenge and Bristol Innovation Awards, been selected for the Technology for Marketing Awards and Tech Nation Emerging Stars, and bring a combination of a PhD in AI with Alan Turing Institute research, an Oxford MBA, and experience scaling venture-backed startups to multi-billion-dollar valuations. The Challenge Website optimisation is central to what we sell: we help clients ensure their site is built to convert before they spend a penny on paid traffic. That means the quality of our web infrastructure directly impacts the quality of our product. We're looking for someone to own the website arm of Decima2 end to end. That means migrating and rebuilding client sites, maintaining technical standards, and, critically, designing the systems and automation that let us do this at scale as we grow. There's a narrow window right now where the people who figure out AI-driven web engineering will define how it's done for years. We're looking for the person who wants to be in that window, inside a company that's already at the frontier of AI. We're not looking for someone who has already figured out AI-driven web engineering but we ARE are looking for someone who wants to!
