Requirements
Senior Tester with proven experience who can be proactively deployed and interchanged across projects. You will operate with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong ownership & initiative over the quality life cycle.
The successful candidate must be a "hybrid" expert, capable of shifting between high-level Test Automation and deep-dive manual testing - (functional, regression, exploratory) based on immediate delivery needs. You will be expected to master application flows quickly and lead testing efforts independently.
Senior tester is expected to quickly understand application flows, independently identify testing risks, guide execution priorities, and flex between automation and manual activities based on delivery needs. Prior experience working on investment systems is strongly preferred. Upskilling period of 15 days to 1 month will be provided for domain and environment onboarding., * Automation: Hands-on expertise in any Test Automation tool preferably in Ranorex with C#. Must have a solid understanding of OOPs concepts and building/maintaining automation frameworks.
- BDD: Practical experience implementing BDD practices (SpecFlow/Gherkin).
- Manual Testing: Mastery of functional, regression, and exploratory testing techniques.
- Tooling: Regular, proficient use of Jira for defect management and Git for version control.
- Domain: Prior experience with Wealth management systems is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years in a lead or senior QA role

This is a hybrid role - you can work remotely in the UK and attend the Liverpool/Glassgow office 1 day per week .
