Job description
We're looking for a brilliant Content Designer to join our team.
This is a creative and ideas-driven role for someone who genuinely understands how social content works for businesses. Not just how to make it look good, but how to make people stop scrolling, pay attention and engage with it.
We're after someone who can think for themselves, bring ideas to the table and take ownership of content from concept through to creation. Someone who understands tone, storytelling and what works on platforms like LinkedIn, with an interest in helping us grow across other channels over time too.
You'll spend most of your time creating content for We Are Brass Tacks across social, campaigns, brand and behind-the-scenes content. From time to time, you'll also support wider creative work across presentations, workshop materials, website updates and client-facing assets.
Requirements
Do you have experience in WordPress?, * Around 2 years experience in a content, social or design role
- Strong portfolio across social, digital and content creation
- Comfortable creating content across both static and video formats
- Excellent written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress and MS Office 365
- Someone proactive, organised and full of ideas
- Someone comfortable taking initiative and figuring things out
This is a fully in-person role based at our Paisley studio. We're a close-knit team and a big part of how we work comes from being together day to day, sharing ideas, collaborating closely and building things together in real time. Because of that, we're only considering candidates who are looking for a fully studio-based role., * Content creation: 2 years (required)

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
