Job description

As a Graduate Solution Architect within the IM&T Product Fulfilment (PF). You will be supporting several key activities in the IM&T PF Architecture team. You will have the opportunity to engage with multiple stakeholders across the business, determining their requirements, liaising with internal IT stakeholders and advising on IT solutions to meet them, while ensuring alignment with the functional and organisational strategy/roadmap. Key responsibilities include aligning planning processes and IT with company's goals. Finding the best tech solution among all possible to solve the existing business problems. Describing the structure, characteristics, behaviour, and other aspects of software to project stakeholders.

Core Duties

  • Supporting the demand management meetings to help route demand appropriately to delivery teams and align incoming demand to the functional and overall strategic roadmap.
  • Assisting with business analysis with customers and eliciting their requirements.
  • Defining features, phases and solution options in line with customer requirements.
  • Producing weekly performance metrics for IM&T management and architecture packs to communicate complexity surrounding customer demand.
  • Input to high level designs to gain quotations from the IT service provider and mobilise IT projects.
