Job description

Data Architect | Belfast | HybridWe are hiring a Data Architect for a globally recognised customer engagement and loyalty platform that partners with some of the world's largest financial services and retail brands. They are kicking off a major transformation programme this year with a significant focus on end-to-end automation and AI, and this role will be central to shaping how data is used across the business.This is an individual contributor role with high visibility across both technical and business teams, working closely with an existing data architect locally and a principal data engineer in London.What they are looking for:Strong data architecture background with hands-on AWS experience, AWS migration from on-prem to cloud is actively underway so this is non-negotiableExperience designing and owning scalable data platforms, real-time and batch pipelinesStrong data modelling and ETL/ELT experience across SQL and NoSQLBackground in large transformation programmes, banking and

telecoms experience, particularly valuedData governance, security and performance optimisation experienceInterest or practical experience in AI and automation, agentic AI a genuine differentiatorProduction mindset, someone who sees solutions through to delivery rather than just designing themWorking pattern: Hybrid, 3 days per week in Belfast office.Salary: Up to £80,000 with flexibility for the right person, plus benefits including private healthcare, life cover, dental and optical, share scheme and 25 days holiday with buy/sell flexibility.
