Requirements

  • Leadership experience in digital delivery or IM
  • Deep knowledge of ISO 19650 and digital standards
  • Ability to develop and implement IM strategies
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing skills
  • Experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff
  • Proficiency in digital tools and data platforms
  • Commercial awareness and risk management skills
  • Focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Significant experience in IM or BIM roles
  • Degree and professional certification in IM/BIM
  • Experience delivering large-scale or complex projects
  • Familiarity with multiple CDEs and data environments
  • Track record of innovation and digital transformation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
