Data Analytics & AI Strategist - Palantir Foundry

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics & AI Strategist with deep expertise in Palantir Foundry. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing data-driven strategies, implementing advanced analytics, and leveraging AI/ML solutions to drive business outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to architect, deploy, and operationalize analytics and AI workflows within the Palantir ecosystem., Design, develop, and implement data analytics and AI solutions within the Palantir Foundry platform. Lead end-to-end data pipeline development, from data ingestion to visualization and reporting. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for analytics and AI-driven transformation. Develop and operationalize machine learning models, including data preparation, model selection, validation, and deployment. Build and maintain dashboards and data visualization assets within Foundry. Ensure data governance, quality, and security best practices. Drive adoption of analytics and AI capabilities across business units.

Palantir Foundry Expertise Hands-on experience architecting and deploying data pipelines, analytics workflows, and AI/ML models in Palantir Foundry. Data Engineering & Data Modeling Proven ability to design and develop robust data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data models. Machine Learning & AI Experience building, validating, and deploying machine learning models (classification, regression, clustering, etc.). Data Visualization & Dashboarding Proficiency in developing interactive dashboards and custom visualizations (preferably in Foundry or similar BI tools). Stakeholder Management & Strategic Communication Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, translate business needs to technical solutions, and communicate analytics insights to non-technical audiences. Programming & Scripting Skills Proficiency in Python (preferred), SQL, and optionally Java/Scala. Data Governance & Security Understanding of data governance, privacy, and security concepts in large-scale enterprise environments. Agile Delivery Experience working in Agile teams and delivering analytics solutions iteratively.

Preferred Qualifications

Palantir Foundry certification(s). Prior consulting or client-facing analytics delivery experience.

Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, government).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
