IT Support Analyst

• Coordinates architecture of end-to-end integrated systems and applications. Identifies key technology interactions and dependencies across platforms
• Coordinates enterprise-wide guidance on network capabilities and hosting options
• Coordinates the installation, configuration, support, and maintenance of software and hardware systems

Do you have experience in Technical support?, * Degree (preferred, not mandatory) in:

• IT / Computer Science / Information Systems
• OR experience in enterprise IT support
• Relevant certifications (highly desirable):
• Microsoft:
• MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator)
• MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Admin)
• AZ-900 / SC-300 (Entra / Identity)
• ITIL Foundation (important for service management environment)

Key to this role is coordinating the development and maintenance of technical architecture including networks, applications, hosting, PC, workstation, and mobile.
