Job description

As an Insight Analyst, you will work closely with colleagues across the transformation, customer and data teams to ensure insight and customer voice shape service design and improvement activity.

You will analyse a wide range of internal and external data, manage customer feedback systems and surveys, and translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical and senior audiences. Requirements

We're seeking a highly analytical, curious and motivated individual with strong technical skills and a passion for using insight to improve customer experience and business performance.

You will be comfortable working with complex data, confident explaining findings to a range of audiences, and collaborative in your approach to working across teams.

Essential
