Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join a growing global Managed Service Provider (MSP) as they expand their Belfast operations. With exciting growth plans underway, this role offers an excellent chance to get your foot in the door with a forward-thinking organisation that provides real opportunities for career progression and technical development.

The role will be about a third reactive phone calls and tickets - and two thirds proactive improvement projects. This is a large organisation with plans to expand, so there could be the possibility of extension or promotion down the line.

Requirements

  • IT Support experience across first and second line
  • Strong end user troubleshooting skills
  • Hardware/software support experience across printers, laptops, mobiles, networks, Microsoft systems
  • Ability to drive proactive improvements around
  • Competency with Intune, SCCM, Active Directory etc
