Job description

  • Onboard new employees to company systems and technology platforms
  • Provide desktop support including setup, troubleshooting, and configuration
  • Coordinate software installations, upgrades, and license management
  • Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day technical support issues, * Lead process improvement initiatives within ERP systems
  • Manage vendor relationships, project deliverables, and service agreements
  • Support ongoing system optimization and operational efficiency initiatives

Systems Integration Management

  • Oversee integrations between operational platforms and ERP systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure data accuracy and system functionality
  • Manage project timelines, testing, and implementation efforts

Technology Rollouts & System Implementations

  • Lead design, implementation, and rollout of enterprise technology solutions
  • Develop project plans, track milestones, and communicate updates to leadership
  • Coordinate training, testing, and go-live activities

Requirements

This position is ideal for someone with strong ERP experience who enjoys balancing day-to-day technical support with leading strategic system initiatives. You'll work cross-functionally with teams across the organization while driving technology improvements, integrations, and operational efficiency., * ERP administration and configuration

  • Systems integration and data mapping
  • Desktop support and troubleshooting

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Project Management Experience

  • Project planning and milestone tracking

  • Process improvement and workflow optimization
  • Change management and end-user training
  • Vendor management and requirements gathering, * 3-5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or technology project management
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as Karmak, SAP, Oracle, Fullbay, or similar systems
  • Proven ability to manage complex technology projects from start to finish
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office Suite skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization, * Direct experience with Karmak ERP
  • Familiarity with Decisiv or similar fleet/service management platforms
  • Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
  • Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies
