Job description
As a Python Architect, you will designing a client reporting platform that seamlessly integrate fixed income analytic models, large datasets, and proprietary research. These tools support real-time portfolio decisions and risk monitoring, with an emphasis on intuitive UI/UX and efficient integration across internal and external systems, * Build and maintain reporting templates using Python, pandas, and SQL..
- Write and optimize SQL queries for PostgreSQL.
- Design RESTful APIs with FastAPI/Flask.
- Implement caching using Redis.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
- Utilize AWS services (Lambda, S3) for orchestration.
- Troubleshoot and optimize cloud services performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with core Python programming.
- Proficiency in pandas for data manipulation.
- SQL experience with PostgreSQL.
- Experience in REST API development.
- Knowledge of markup languages (HTML/XML).
- Basic understanding of Redis or caching.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools.
Nice to Have:
- Experience within the financial industry and fixed income or bnds is a huge plus but not a ust have
- AWS experience (Lambda, S3, CloudWatch).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Docker experience.
- Experience in financial data or client reporting.
