The Sr. Data Analyst connects business questions across sales, finance, and operations to the data and insights that answer them. In the near term, this role will assess and bring clarity to data across Convergint's core platforms-including Salesforce, Oracle, and NetSuite-identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for alignment. This role owns analytics and reporting across these systems, establishing data quality standards and building the foundation for integrated, scalable reporting that enables business leaders to make faster, more informed decisions., * Build and own analytics and reporting across sales, finance, and operations domains, including pipeline performance, revenue, and operational metrics
- Develop dashboards and reports that help business leaders and functional teams make better decisions
- Support data quality and integrity across Salesforce, NetSuite, and Oracle, proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and repeatable reporting
- Convert ad-hoc data requests into self-service reporting where possible, reducing dependency on the data team for routine needs
- Document data definitions, business rules, and validation logic across source systems
- Collaborate closely with data engineers, BI developers, and data scientists on the Data & Analytics team to deliver integrated solutions
- Coordinate with business teams to align on data standards and resolve discrepancies across systems, This is a global role with visibility across all regions and direct impact on Convergint's ability to make evidence-based business decisions. The analyst will collaborate with a team of data engineers, BI developers, and data scientists to build and own reporting infrastructure across core operational platforms, with an immediate focus on Salesforce and ERP analytics and a longer-term mandate to expand self-service analytics capability across the organization.
Work Environment
Fully remote, globally distributed team. Candidates must maintain consistent overlap with ET or PT business hours. Periodic travel expected approximately every couple of months for in-person co-working and planning sessions.
Performance Metrics
- Data quality scores across Salesforce, NetSuite, and Oracle (error rate reduction over time)
- Adoption rate of self-service dashboards and reports by business stakeholders
- Turnaround time on ad-hoc data requests
- Stakeholder satisfaction with business analytics outputs
- Coverage of key business domains with repeatable, documented reporting
Requirements
- Analytical thinking and data storytelling

Technical Skills:
- Strong SQL (querying, transforming, validating data)
- BI tools: Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle preferred)
- Python or R for data analysis (nice to have)
- Modern data stack tools: dbt, Airflow (nice to have)

- Curious about new tools and AI-assisted workflows
Education:
- No specific education requirements
Experience:
- 5+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems, particularly Salesforce, NetSuite, or Oracle
- Background supporting cross-functional stakeholders across sales, finance, or operations
- Experience working with global data across multiple regions and source systems
