Job description

We are seeking a part-time Document Control Specialist / Knowledge Management Content Administrator to support documentation and content management efforts within a secure environment. This role will focus on SharePoint administration, document standardization, repository management, and ensuring compliance with established document control procedures and quality standards., * Manage and migrate documentation within SharePoint environments, including moving content between repositories/sites

  • Create and maintain SharePoint forms, workflows, and structured content libraries
  • Review, reformat, and standardize documents to ensure consistency with established templates, branding, and formatting guidelines
  • Maintain proper document version control, check-in/check-out procedures, and repository organization
  • Ensure documentation aligns with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards and internal document control processes
  • Work with internal stakeholders to update, revise, and rebrand existing documentation as needed
  • Verify all documentation follows naming conventions, approval workflows, and repository standards before publication

Requirements

Active Secret Clearance REQUIRED

  • Strong proficiency with SharePoint administration and document repository management
  • Experience with SharePoint check-in/check-out processes and document lifecycle management
  • Ability to create SharePoint forms and support content management workflows
  • Experience supporting ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 environments strongly preferred
  • Background in document control, knowledge management, technical writing support, or content administration
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and formatting-heavy documentation work
