- Independently own the entire design process for product features, ensuring scalable and accessible digital experiences
- Leverage advanced proficiency in design systems, research methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration
- Translate user needs, analytics, and data insights into high-quality design solutions
- Drive design execution and influence project roadmaps, technical feasibility discussions, and process improvements
- Apply strategic thinking to enhance user experience and design efficiency consistently
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Advanced knowledge of user-centered design, design thinking, and accessibility practices
- Proficiency in Figma and maintaining complex design systems
- Experience with AI-powered design tools for creating and testing design variations
- Strong ability to create clear specifications, review UI stories, and support development processes
