What You'll Do

  • Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support for local and remote users
  • Provide Tier 1 customer support for the RadStar product line and accompanying software
  • Respond to helpdesk requests via ticketing system, phone, and email
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops
  • Set up and configure new hire workstations
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Manage IT equipment inventory
  • Provide printer support and maintain supplies
  • Assist with internal systems and IT projects as needed
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service

Requirements

Do you have experience in Task prioritization?, * Experience with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Familiarity with Active Directory & user account management
  • Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour available for lunch/break time. These hours are subject to change with notice based on the needs of the business.

Work Environment

The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas, which may require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection.
