IT Consultant

We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant to advise clients on leveraging technology to solve business challenges and achieve organizational goals. You will analyze, design, and optimize IT systems to ensure efficiency and compliance, with a focus on the Developmental Disabilities business domain., * Serve as a senior technical expert guiding clients in adopting and using Salesforce effectively

• Consult with clients to define requirements and recommend enterprise solutions
• Identify and qualify opportunities to integrate technology with industry practices
• Research technical trends and recommend system upgrades
• Advise on industry alternatives, risks, and trade-offs for business processes
• Provide support for IT security and financial audits
• Collaborate with project management to develop technical solutions
• Evaluate options, risks, costs vs. benefits, and impacts on business priorities
