In this role, you'll work with enterprise applications, SQL Server databases, reporting tools, and cross-departmental technology initiatives that directly support vital public services. - Analyze, design, test, and improve software systems and automated processes.
- Collaborate with departments to identify business needs and deliver technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and database issues.
- Lead technical projects while coordinating with vendors and IT staff.
- Support departmental databases and application systems.
- Create technical documentation, training materials, and operational procedures.
- Help ensure the security, privacy, and integrity of sensitive information.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Training material drafting?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Do you have a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Management of Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; and a minimum of four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience?
- Are you able to write SQL scripts?
- Prefer a Microsoft SQL Server certification or 2 years' experience with SQL Servers.
- Do you have experience in creating Microsoft SSRS and Crystal Reports?
We are looking for candidates that:
- Have specialized skills in supporting Microsoft based software systems and applications.
- Have a working knowledge and experience with Microsoft SQL Server databases, Microsoft Access databases and connectivity to these via ODBC.
- Have great customer service and multi-tasking skills.
- Have a working knowledge of local government and state of Idaho procedures and protocols.
