• Make technical decisions impacting configuration and implementation of analytics environments, data platforms, integration systems, and storage solutions.
• Collaborate with IT Architecture staff, the Agency CIO, and IT Managers to design solutions aligned with business needs, enterprise standards, and long-term architectural direction.
• Evaluate solution designs, contribute to business case analysis, and recommend IT architecture improvements., * Data Modeling: Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical models supporting analytics and operational systems.
• Standards & Governance: Establish and promote modeling standards, naming conventions, and design patterns.
• Enterprise Roadmap: Contribute to the evolution of the agency's enterprise data architecture roadmap.
• Domain-Driven Design: Support scalable, domain-aligned data approaches consistent with governance objectives.
• Architectural Guidance: Ensure solutions are reusable, interoperable, and aligned with integration strategies.
