Requirements
- Demonstrated experience creating modular, maintainable, and scalable systems that align with evolving business needs
- Proven experience in full stack development using several of the following: Go, Python, Angular, JavaScript, Node.js, REST services, AWS, Ansible, and automation frameworks
- Experience with CI/CD practices, automated testing frameworks, and iterative development in an Agile setting
- Background working with infrastructure automation, including writing and maintaining Ansible playbooks and roles
- Familiarity with Bootstrap, HTML/CSS, shell scripting, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL
- Understanding of scalable design patterns, service-oriented or microservice architecture, and modern development practices
- Deep software development expertise that enables you to tackle challenging technical work and help guide others on the team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex, cross domain problems
- Comfortable working across Linux environments and able to troubleshoot and debug within system and application layers
- Quick to learn new technologies and frameworks and capable of applying them effectively in production
- Ownership of automation initiatives that improve reliability, reduce manual effort, and enhance the overall infrastructure platform
- Leadership in driving development, code quality, scalability, and operational excellence across the team
- Commitment to innovation, continuously finding opportunities to modernize, simplify, or improve existing systems and processes
- Proven ability to design, build, and maintain automation and applications across multiple layers of a modern tech stack
- Able to communicate design decisions and technical approaches clearly using available data and practical reasoning
- Ability to deploy, customize, and integrate open source tools and utilities
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high service availability

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
