AI Engineer

5+ years of experience within Software Engineering, with 2+ years' experience with AI Engineering

Strong problem-solving ability with an engineering-first mindset

Experience building or contributing to AI/ML projects (academic, professional, or personal) with clear examples of work

Proficiency in software engineering fundamentals with a bias toward building scalable solutions

Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., Claude, Gemini, GPT) and applying them to real-world problems

Experience with React and TypeScript for building front-end interfaces

Solid understanding of data handling and querying (SQL strongly preferred)

Ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions and iterate quickly

Self-starter mentality-"smart and hungry" profile with strong ownership mindset Background in Mechanical Engineering or experience working in engineering-driven environments

Experience conducting root cause analysis and debugging complex systems
