WHAT You Will Need to secure an Interview:

Hands-on BlackLine (or ARCS / Trintech / Cadency) ownership experience

Strong technical + finance/process skillset

Reporting & SQL experience

Proven ability to drive efficiencies / continuous improvement

Confident & can influence stakeholders

WHAT You Will Drive:

Own BlackLine administration and optimization across all modules

Partner with Finance + IT to improve workflows, integrations, and reporting

Drive process improvements & automation initiatives

Build dashboards and metrics to enhance close performance

Hands-on experience administering or owning BlackLine or a comparable financial close platform such as Trintech or Cadency. Working knowledge of finance operations, including close, reconciliations, and reporting processes. Ability to gather, document, and interpret business requirements for system configuration and enhancement work. Experience with configuration management and process improvement in enterprise application environments. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, reporting support, or troubleshooting activities. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and finance leadership. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new processes or system improvements.
