Job description

  • This role sits at the intersection of product design and growth strategy.
  • It's a hands-on position where you''ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, user research, content and design partners to create experiences that move the needle on key metrics like sign-up conversion, feature adoption, and retention while never losing sight of what makes those experiences genuinely useful and delightful.

The work will focus on:

  • Designing high-impact growth surfaces across the Adobe Express funnel, including landing pages, onboarding flows, re-engagement experiences, and inline guidance.
  • Partnering with growth PMs and engineers to define experiments, frame hypotheses, and ship A/B and multivariate tests that drive measurable improvements to activation and retention.
  • Translating user research, behavioral data, and funnel analytics into clear design decisions-knowing when to follow the data and when to advocate for the user experience.
  • Producing high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and developer-ready specs in Figma, with detailed annotations for states, edge cases, and accessibility.
  • Running rapid design iterations-moving from concept to testable designs quickly, incorporating results, and shipping improvements at pace.

Requirements

  • Expert Figma proficiency: component libraries, auto layout, interactive prototyping, developer handoff, and production-ready UI specs.
  • Ability to deliver high-fidelity visual designs, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI specs with thorough annotations for edge cases, states, and accessibility.
  • Strong end-to-end product thinking, interaction design, and visual craft.
  • Proven ability to own work independently and drive it to shipped outcomes.
  • Confident communicator; skilled at presenting design rationale and building alignment across cross-functional teams.

Education:

  • Bachelor''s degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience.
