Job description
The IT Systems Administrator will administer and maintain Microsoft Intune environments, including configuration profiles, compliance policies, enrollment methods, and endpoint management for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices. The position will implement and manage endpoint security controls through Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager, including conditional access, device compliance, application protection policies, patch management, and security baselines to ensure organizational compliance and data protection. The position will also deploy, configure, and support enterprise applications, operating system updates, Autopilot provisioning, and device configuration policies to standardize and streamline endpoint deployments across the organization. The IT Systems Administrator will diagnose and resolve Intune-related issues involving device enrollment, policy application, software deployment, and mobile device management; generate reports and provide advanced technical support to maintain endpoint reliability and user productivity. Essential Duties
- Administer and maintain the Microsoft Intune environment for management of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android endpoints.
- Configure and manage device enrollment methods including Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, and Android Enterprise integrations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and conditional access policies.
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise applications through Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Monitor and maintain endpoint security controls including Microsoft Defender integration, security baselines, encryption policies, and endpoint protection settings.
- Manage operating system patching, feature updates, quality updates, and update rings to ensure devices remain secure and compliant.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device enrollment, policy deployment, software installations, synchronization, and endpoint connectivity.
- Generate and analyze compliance, inventory, deployment, and security reports to support operational and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, and service desk teams to support enterprise endpoint management initiatives and technology projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND
-
Three years of progressively responsible, professional level analyst and systems experience in a large-scale Information Technology environment.

An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above will also be considered.

Valid Driver's License from state of residency.
