E-Commerce Operations Analyst

DRC Smart is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Analyst to support and optimize day-to-day online store operations. In this role, you will analyze sales performance, monitor product listings, improve order workflows, and help ensure a smooth customer shopping experience across our digital platform., * Analyze e-commerce sales data, conversion rates, and product performance

• Monitor and improve online order processing workflows
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain and fulfillment teams
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
• Support product listing accuracy, pricing updates, and catalog management
• Generate regular reports on sales, traffic, and customer behavior
• Assist in optimizing checkout flow and customer journey experience
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer support teams
• Support A/B testing and performance tracking for promotions and campaigns
• Ensure data accuracy across e-commerce platforms and internal systems

Do you have experience in Key Performance Indicators?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working with e-commerce systems, product catalogs, and operational performance metrics., * Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, E-Commerce, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, business analysis, or online retail
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.)
• Understanding of online retail KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, and cart abandonment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
