Job description

Our client, a technology-focused company, is seeking a UC Contact Center Engineer II to support their on-site team at Plantation, Florida. This opportunity involves working with complex contact center architectures and supporting customer experience systems in a collaborative environment., * Serve as an expert in Genesys CloudCX capabilities, evaluating requests and documenting requirements.

  • Provide proactive maintenance, troubleshoot IVR systems, and conduct root-cause analysis.
  • Assist with unit and quality assurance testing to ensure system integrity.
  • Support customer acceptance testing and resolve any technical issues that arise.

Requirements

Do you have experience in System design?, * Comprehensive understanding of telephony systems, including WebRTC, SIP, VoIP, and QoS.

  • Experience supporting and administering PureCloud (Genesys Cloud).
  • Proven ability to develop architect flows, scripts, and IVR/ACD attendant scripts.
  • Knowledge of contact center technologies such as ACD, dialers, call recordings, and WFM.
  • Strong systems planning skills and familiarity with omni-channel technologies.
