Job description
Working in a fast-paced, agile environment, the Salesforce Data & Reporting Analyst/Senior Analyst will be responsible for identifying and collecting data sources, analyzing and extracting key data and information, evaluating and monitoring data quality to meet the organization's information system needs and requirements. Partnering with developers and font office users, you will manage Salesforce data integration and ensure data integrity and quality.
What will you do?
- Manage end-to-end data integration in Salesforce
- Assists and participates in data validation and cleaning to ensure the quality and integrity of data
- Analyzes and extracts key data and information to meet the organization's information system needs and requirements
- Assist data users with validating data and troubleshooting Salesforce data integrity issues
- Partner with stakeholders and technology teams to align system capabilities with business' evolving needs
- Act as a resource for team members for troubleshooting and support
Requirements
- 1-2 years of Salesforce data integration, administration, and reporting related experience or for Senior, 3+ years of experience
- Experience leveraging/writing SQL in database integration and data transfer projects
- Salesforce Platform Administrator/System Administrator
- Salesforce App Builder
- Strong communication Skills, Communication, Computer Operations, Customer Service, Enterprise Application Delivery, Group Problem Solving, Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure, Interpersonal Relationships, Salesforce (Software), SQL Database Queries, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), System and Console Operations, System Applications, Systems Software

The expected salary range for this particular position is $55,000-$95,000 or $70,000-$130,000 (Senior), depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
