Job description

Reporting to the Manager of Experience Design for Commerce Experiences, the Senior User Experience Designer will focus on driving innovative and

user-centric experiences that optimize the online purchasing, subscription management and renewal journeys. The ideal candidate will have a deep

understanding of user experience design principles, a strong background in ecommerce processes, the ability to translate business objectives into

compelling design solutions that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

  • Design and implement user-centered solutions to improve customer processes, tools, and systems
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, research and service design, and other designers to ensure
  • alignment and successful implementation of design solutions
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics
  • Advocate for best practices in user experience design and ensure adherence to design standards and guidelines
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into internal marketing workflows

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in user experience design, with a focus on internal workflows and processes
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful solutions for complex workflows
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes and tools
  • Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing, * Experience in ecommerce - B2B and B2C
  • Knows designing for enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, and multi-channel experiences
  • Experience with Agile software design methods
  • Experience with Autodesk or comparable competitive products

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $106,000 and $189,970. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
