This role is responsible for ensuring product quality through both manual and automated testing of the user interface and backend components.\n \n The engineer will proactively support all testing activities, collaborate with System Engineers, Developers, and fellow Testers, and contribute to accurate, well-written test documentation. Note that this is not a senior position and looking for someone early in their career\n \n
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 2-4 years of software development testing experience.\n
- Experience with SKLs and ECUs.\n
- At least 2 years of experience in software testing.\n
- Experience with implementing regression testing for software.\n
- Familiarity and/or experience using automated test tools on software projects.\n
- The ability to communicate effectively with both product owners and software developers.\n
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.\n
- DoD 8570 approved security certification (i.e., Security +, CISSP, etc.) (Will be required 90 days after hire)\n, * Ability to identify efficiencies and process improvements between the development and testing disciplines.\n
- Understanding of C++.\n
- Experience in Agile development methodologies.\n
- Experience with a version control system (e.g., Git, SVN).\n
- Experience with an issue/problem tracking system (e.g., VersionOne, Jira).\n
- Experience with continuous integration environments (e.g., Jenkins).\n
