Job description

Our Greater Philadelphia area client is looking for a Full Stack Developer (.Net/Angular) for a permanent role by way of contract-to-hire. In this role, you ll build modern, productionscale applications endtoend using a current .NET and Angular stack, with real ownership, cloud exposure, and strong architectural collaboration without being siloed or overleveled., Build and support enterprise web applications across frontend and backend layers

Develop features endtoend using .NET, REST APIs, Angular, and SQL Server

Collaborate in an Agile team with product, QA, and architecture on design and delivery

Create scalable, secure, and highperformance solutions in cloud environments

Unit testing

Participate in sprint planning, technical reviews, and JIRAbased tracking

Requirements

3+ (mid-level) and 7+ (senior) 10+ (lead) years professional experience building fullstack web applications

Handson backend development with C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core (or equivalent)

Cloudbased application development (Azure preferred; AWS/Google Cloud Platform acceptable)

Frontend development using Angular a must with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS

RESTful API development and integration

Familiarity with Jenkins and DevOps - to closely work with the DevOps teams

Jira is a must

Strong SQL Server experience (schema design, stored procedures, tuning)

Experience with Git workflows, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum delivery

Experience Unit Testing

Ability to troubleshoot production issues and perform rootcause analysis

Strong communication and crossteam collaboration skills

Bonus Skills

Healthcare Payer or Behavioral Health industry experience a huge bonus!

Azure is a huge bonus

React is a huge bonus

Hands-on experience create deployment scripts for Jenkins

Understanding of authentication/authorization (OAuth2/OIDC, JWT) and secure coding

CI/CD pipeline experience (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)

Containerization with Docker; Kubernetes/AKS/EKS exposure a plus

Experience with messaging or eventdriven systems (Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ)

Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (Application Insights, Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.)

Experience working in regulated or compliancefocused environments (e.g., healthcare)
