Job description

Matterport MICL & Spatial Data Integration

  • Implement and support Matterport Integrated Customer Layout (MICL) integrations with CRM and enterprise platforms.
  • Enable ingestion and synchronization of Matterport digital twins, layouts, and spatial metadata into CRM workflows.
  • Collaborate with business teams to map customer layout data to CRM use cases (sales, service, facilities, etc.) in Pharmaceutical space
  • Optimize Matterport data utilization for visualization, analytics, and customer engagement scenarios.

CRM & Enterprise System Integrations

  • Design and develop integrations between MICL, CRM systems (Salesforce) and other enterprise platforms (ERP, CPQ, FSM, data platforms).
  • Build and manage REST/SOAP API integrations, middleware workflows, and event-driven integrations.
  • Ensure consistent data flow across CRM objects, customer profiles, accounts, opportunities, assets, and service records.
  • Support bi-directional and near-real-time synchronization across multiple systems.

Integration Architecture & Middleware

  • Design scalable, secure integration architectures using middleware or iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft).
  • Define canonical data models and transformation logic for MICL and CRM data.
  • Implement error handling, monitoring, logging, and retry mechanisms for integrations.
  • Ensure integrations adhere to enterprise security, performance, and compliance standards.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with CRM admins, Matterport platform teams, architects, and business stakeholders to define integration requirements.
  • Translate business use cases into technical integration designs and solution documentation.
  • Support UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to internal teams and clients.

Operations & Support

  • Troubleshoot integration issues across MICL, CRM, and connected systems.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes and optimizations.
  • Maintain integration documentation, data mappings, and runbooks.
  • Support continuous improvement and future enhancements.

Requirements

Core Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Matterport MICL or Matterport platform integrations.
  • Strong experience integrating CRM platforms (Salesforce).
  • Expertise in API-based integrations (REST, JSON, OAuth, webhooks).
  • Experience with integration middleware / iPaaS tools.
  • Strong understanding of data models, transformations, and synchronization patterns.

CRM & Enterprise Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of CRM data structures (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Assets, Cases).
  • Experience integrating CRM with ERP, CPQ, FSM, data lakes, or analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with event-driven, microservices, or message-based integration patterns.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, client-facing environments.
  • Strong documentation and solution design skills., * Experience with digital twin, spatial data, or 3D visualization platforms.
  • CRM certifications (Salesforce, Dynamics, or equivalent).
  • Experience in industries such as real estate, retail, facilities management, construction, healthcare, or life sciences.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
