Deliver Level 3 support for incidents, service requests, and internal projects. Actively promote Dell technologies within Inetum Belgium and contribute to solution development. Maintain certifications and attend Dell training programs to ensure compliance with partner requirements. Qualifications Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, preferably with Dell technologies. Dell Deploy (SE or architect) certification (mandatory) Servers or Storage and expertise in PowerStore; knowledge of Nutanix or VxRail is a strong plus. If you do not yet hold these certifications, we are open to providing a growth and learning path to help you achieve them. Solid understanding of virtualization platforms (VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V or KVM based). Knowledge of primary and secondary(backup) storage solutions (e.g., HPE, NetApp, Veeam, Commvault or Rubrik). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch or French is a plus. Additional Information
