CISO / Head of IT Security - Fulltime Hybrid

We are seeking a CISO / Head of IT Security to lead our security strategy and internal IT operations. This role is pivotal in safeguarding our digital assets and ensuring the highest standards of data privacy within the medical device software landscape. You will bridge the gap between technical security measures and the strategic needs of our growing global team. Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the company-wide information security strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across all systems.
• Lead compliance efforts for relevant standards such as ISO 27001, SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR.
• Manage risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and incident response protocols.
• Supervise the procurement and management of hardware/software for a distributed workforce.
• Foster a culture of security awareness through continuous training and policy development.

Do you have experience in Management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 8 years of experience in a similar position (Finance sector start search)

• Demonstrated entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset.
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; professional certifications (CISSP, CISM) preferred.
• Significant experience in information security and IT leadership, ideally within the healthcare or finance industry.
• Expertise in cloud security architecture (AWS) and modern infrastructure tools.
• Proven ability to manage complex IT projects and data privacy initiatives.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
