Network Engineer

• Provide first- and second-level IT and network support for end users and remote teams
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in Windows and macOS environments
• Configure and maintain basic networking devices and infrastructure with CCNA-level knowledge
• Perform rack and stack installation of servers, network devices, and related hardware
• Provide remote access and remote hands support for global technical teams
• Support LAN/WAN connectivity, IP configuration, and basic switch/router troubleshooting
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV, infrastructure, and network-related issues
• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Cisco Jabber, printers, and computer hardware
• Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and authorized peripheral devices
• Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve workstation and network issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and provide timely updates on issue resolution
• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations in an enterprise environment
• Assist with IT infrastructure setup, cable management, and hardware deployment activities
• Support remote monitoring and accessibility of enterprise hardware systems for international teams

Do you have experience in macOS?, * Valid work permit for Switzerland (mandatory)

• Several years of experience in a similar IT Support and Network role
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Local language and English B2 level needed
