Job description

  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, Active Directory (users, GPO, DNS, DHCP) and Network infrastructure (VLANs, routing, firewall rules)
  • Ensure server patching compliance using SCCM
  • Work on virtualized environments (VMware / Nutanix)
  • Support Citrix Virtual Apps (VDA, publishing)
  • Collaborate with architects on server & network design and evolution
  • Participate in GxP qualification activities (IQ/OQ support)
  • Monitor systems using tools like Dynatrace
  • Document incidents, changes, and procedures in ServiceNow and Confluence
  • Provide occasional on-site support outside business hours if required

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * L3 strong hands-on expert with deep technical expertise

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure & support
  • Proven experience in GxP-regulated environments (pharma, biotech, medtech)
  • Strong knowledge of Virtualization (VMware / Nutanix), Windows Server infrastructure and Networking concepts (VLANs, routing, firewalling)
  • Ability to support and interact with IT architects
  • Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 / EU GxP validation principles
  • Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working on-site and with remote teams
