About the company
* Establish and scale the S/4 test factory for the UAT scope, combining internal employees and external IT partners to enable industrialized SAP rollouts.
* Lead and govern all UAT test-related activities across the global rollout program.
* Manage the Performance Management on UAT testing scope with clear KPIs and continuous improvement mechanisms.
* Drive automation and AI-enabled testing approaches for UAT across all rollout projects to increase efficiency and quality.
* Manage risks, dependencies, and service levels for UAT scope to ensure timely and complete delivery.
* Ensure transparency through structured reporting, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
What You Bring
* Degree in (Business) Informatics, IT Management, or a comparable qualification
* Proven experience managing complex IT environments and transformation programs
* Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems and large-scale rollout initiatives, ideally SAP/S/4HANA
* Knowledge of IT operations, governance, and service management structures
* Experience working with external IT partners and leading cross-functional, international teams
* Business fluent in English; German is an advantage
