* Establish and scale the S/4 test factory for the UAT scope, combining internal employees and external IT partners to enable industrialized SAP rollouts. * Lead and govern all UAT test-related activities across the global rollout program. * Manage the Performance Management on UAT testing scope with clear KPIs and continuous improvement mechanisms. * Drive automation and AI-enabled testing approaches for UAT across all rollout projects to increase efficiency and quality. * Manage risks, dependencies, and service levels for UAT scope to ensure timely and complete delivery. * Ensure transparency through structured reporting, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
